Deepavali – or Diwali – is probably one of the most anticipated festivals in the Hindu calendar, and is also celebrated by Jains, Sikhs and Buddhists all over the world.

The popular Cine Singers Krish, Haricharan, Malathy and Saindhavi, together with Chennaiâ??s leading orchestra, Lakshman Sruthy, who is celebrating its 25th Anniversary, present the Grand European Cine Musical Festival to raise funds to help develop Karaveddy in Sri Lanka.

The first ever international Tamil dance competition, to be held in Germany on the 22nd October 2011.
