Prasanna has Pox

Prasanna is not a actor you see very often as he likes to take his time choosing the right script. He was last seen in "Baana Kaathadi" starring alongside Atharva, late actor Murali’s son. He will now be starring in a new film called Muran with director/actor Cheran. Though hoping for an early release, the shooting has had to be put on hold, as Prasanna was down with the chicken pox. Doctors had advised him to take a weeks rest before commencing shooting.

Uthamaputhiran is Ready

Uthamaputhiran is an upcoming Tamil film starring Dhanush and the very cute Genelia. The film is a Telugu remake of "Ready" in which Ram and Genelia acted. With the film wrapped up, the music is ready to be launched. Vijay Antony has brought in some peppy tunes to the film which should be the main highlight of the film.

Anushka with Vikram

Director Vijay had a huge success with his last release Madharasapattinam. Now he has finalised his next script in which both "Chiyaan" Vikram and actress Anushka have given the nod. We’ll just have to wait and see what kind of film it will be.

Busy Baskaran

Baskaran was the character name of actor Arya in Boss Engira Baskaran, a hit in Tamil Cinema. Since Naan Kadavul, the actor has had a handful of films released, such as Madharasapattinam & Boss Engira Baskaran and the forthcoming Chikku Bukku and Avan Ivan. In Chikku Bukku, he shares the screen with the sizzling Shreya, while in Director Bala’s Avan Ivan, he will be seen alongside the tall, dark actor Vishal. What next Arya?

Arjun plays other actors

"Action King" Arjun was recently spotted in Birmingham (UK) Malaysian Tamil singer Sasi the don during Sasi’s trip to the UK for a performance at Urban Koothu! Why Birmingham you may ask? We don’t know, but he did miss the audio launch of Vallakottai in India. He had a decent release with his recent Malayalam film Vande Matharam alongside Mammootty. His next film Vallakottai will soon be ready to release. The actor has confirmed he will be seen in a number of different get-ups, including Kamal Haasan in Nayagan, Hrithik Roshan in Krissh and Johnny Depp in Pirates of the Caribbean!

That’s the hot topic of Tamil Cinema all over the world. What more can I say other than the film being the biggest budget film made in India and having major box office opening.
