Velayudham release!
Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s upcoming film, “Velayudham”, is nearly ready! The film is directed by Jayam Ravi’s brother, Jayam Raja, and is his second time as a director in a film without his brother, after a Telugu film with Arjun.
The entire crew are currently shooting their last song in Kashmir. It is heard that this song has both leading ladies – Genlia D’Souza and Hansika Motwani – shaking their legs with Vijay.
The film will see Vijay as a superhero and will be expecting a release this coming Diwali.

Viswaroopam on a roll
No matter how many obstacles are thrown Kamal Haasan’s way, the great actor insisted that he will commence filming for his upcoming project “Viswaroopam”. The film is to be a mega-budget production which will be directed by the Ulaganayagan, as well as having him in the leading role.

Isha Sharvani is one of the heroines in this film but there is still a search for a leading heroine. There were rumours of Anushka, Sameera Reddy and Deepika Padukone going around but nothing has been finalised. Rahul Bose has been confirmed as the villain.
To make sure the entire film is running smoothly, our director has given a script to every single cast and crew member.

What now, Ajith?
Now that Ajith has seen the success of his 50th film, Mankatha, what are his plans now?
Well it seems that producer A.M. Ratnam has shown some interest in doing a film with the Thala. But until everything is finalised, no official news will be released. Howeve,r it is known that Ajith is looking to act in films that suit his age, as he is liking his salt-and-pepper look from Mankatha.

Srikanth opposite hero
Srikanth has had some hits in the past, but they have tended to be multi-starrers. Examples would be “Drohi” with Vishnu, “Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule”, the Telugu version of “Yaradee Nee Mohini” opposite Venkatesh, “Dhada” opposite Nagu Chaitanya, “Police Police” opposite Prithviraj and now “Nanban” with Vijay and Jiiva. He also did a multi-starrer in Malayalam which ran successfully
The actor says he will continue to act in multi-starrers as it comes with more value and attraction. The handsome actor, who made a debut with “Rojakootam”, is currently acting in “Ethiri Enn 3”, an action thriller.

Vikram back at his best
“Rajapattai” is a full-on commercial film with some thrilling action scenes. Actor Vikram will be sporting a whole new modern look of a gym instructor with Deeksha Seth as heroine. Fans are expecting a similar outcome of “Dhill” and “Dhool.”
Music is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja and the film is expected to be released in December.

 
Karthi enters politics
No! Not in real life. I’m talking about the film “Saguni”.
Saguni stars Karthi as a guy from a rural village coming to Chennai looking for employment. But due to sudden acts in his family, things lead him in another direction…….POLITICS. It is said that there are a lot of twists and turns right till the very end of the film. The climax of the film is to be known as the USP.
The title “Saguni” is not about a clever person in general, but one who is smart enough to solve critical problems.
