But rappers Dr Burn & Yogi B are are actually Malaysian. Malaysia has a vibrant Tamil music scene, one of the largest Indian/South Asian music industries outside of India, second only to the United Kingdom. This is where you will find the majority of Tamil rappers.

Introducing Dahya, born & raised in Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. A lyricist and rapper, his passion for poetry and rap sparked a flame in his younger years. Having worked and produced for a number of up & coming artists in Malaysia , Dahya is now focusing on his Solo effort with a full length album in the works produced under independent label , Tact Records. Avalin Paagam is his first single which is due for release later this year. The Video for "Avalin Paagam" was directed by Kuhan Kunasegaran a.k.a Tactmatic for Dope Motion Films.
