AGAM – Aaromale (AR Rahman cover)

We’re loving this AR Rahman cover by Bangalore-based contemporary Carnatic rock band AGAM. Their debut album "The Inner Self Awakens" released in October last year, and was very well-received. Read more by clicking here.

This session was recorded for Malayalam music television channel, Kappa TV. AGAM have given a classical-rock twist to the song "Aaromale" from Tamil film "Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya". The film’s award-winning soundtrack was composed by AR Rahman, and had its launch right here in London!
