Join us at The Harley Lounge in Oxford Circus, for an insightful dating workshop held by UCL’s Dr Sonia Greenidge, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience, specialising in CBT – cognitive behavioural therapy.

Leave with new tools and knowledge to use in the dating world, by developing healthy ways to approach being single, and prepare to enter a relationship.

Get to try out your newly acquired dating skills during the practical element of the workshop, whilst mingling with other single participants.

Dr Sonia, Chartered Counselling Psychologist, has worked at University College London (UCL) for 15 years and is currently the Head of the UCL Student Psychological and Counselling Service. She has worked with individuals and groups of varying ages, cultures and ethnicities on numerous topics which, along with her training, has given her an insight into the variety of issues and challenges people face in modern times.

8.10pm: Session 2 – Understanding your love language(s) and others

8.40pm: Practical mingle session
