Ahalya Kumaran is a leadership and career coach, speaker, trainer and writer based in Canada. The Sri Lankan Tamil former busines professional experienced a "quarter life crisis" which pushed her to leave her enviable consulting job to spend eight months trying to find herself.
"I gained clarity and perspective," says Ahalya in one of her videos. "I became clear on what was important to me and how I wanted to make a difference in the world."
Ahalya’s aim now is to help other discover their "InnerOli", which, in her own words is "a unique light within you that can ignite and transform the world". She has a Certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute, and is also an accomplished Carnatic (South Indian classical) violinist.
