Raavannan album launch

The launch of SujeethG’s latest album "Raavannan" took place on Sunday 13th February 2011. This was the first official album launch for a independent UK Tamil artist, and the event – which was hosted by Ramesh -was a success. There were a host of guest speakers including Kannan from UKTSU and Jasmina from SME – both bodies who were involved in the album production and sponsorship. On the media side, we had speeches from Thamarai editor Kavya, Oru Paper journalist Gobi and upcoming actor Danny Srisuriya, as well as a few words from TGTE minister Thayaparan and councillor and actor "London Baba" Suresh Krishna. The viewing of the ”Kozhai” music video took place, as well as a chance to listen to a snippet of each of the tracks on Raavannan.
