Vaanam London Launch

Vaanam will get its London Launch. Rumours have been spreading for a while but it looks like preparations are in place for the audio launch. VTV Ganesh, the producer of the hit movie ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ is also the producer of Vaanam. After the extremely successful VTV audio launch at London’s BAFTA back in December 2009, VTV Ganesh has decided that the response he received from fans and media alike has to be relived through Vaanam. 

Attended by AR Rahman, Gautham Menon, Simbu, Trisha, the singers and cast of VTV, it was the first time an audio launch for a Kollywood movie took place outside of India. The team at Thamarai.com were proud to be associated with every stage of the launch. This pattern was soon followed by the organisers of Endhiran who held their audio launch in Malaysia which resulted in the soundtrack hitting No.1 on the iTunes chart.

The Vaanam launch is already creating a buzz as there are some big names involved. The songs are by popular young music director ‘Yuvan Shankar Raja’, son of world famous Indian film composer ‘Ilayaraja’. Actors include Silambarasan Aka Simbu, Bharath, Sneha Ullal, Anushka Shetty, Sonia Agarwal and Prakash Raj.

Vaanam is a tamil remake of Allu Arjun’s hit Telugu film Vedam, Starring Simbu in the title role as Cable Raju and will be directed by Krish. Stay logged onto Thamarai.com for all the latest on the London launch.
