Arya loves to cameo
Arya is an actor who has no issues when it comes to doing cameo roles. He has done it for Director Rajesh in “Siva Manusula Sakthi” which starred Jiiva. Even Jiiva did the same for Arya in “Boss Engira Baskaran” for the same director.
Now the actor is doing a cameo for Rajesh again in “Oru Kal Oru Kannadi” starring Red Giants producer Udhayanadhi Stalin and Hansika Motwani. It is also heard that Andrea Jeremiah is also doing a cameo too. Could this be a pair-up in the movie?
Wait and see!

Ajmal says no to kissing
Ajmal has been on a high profile after his unexpected superb role in the film “Ko". The actor has been inundated with offers to act in many films, but is choosing his scripts wisely. Ajmal, who worked as a physiotherapist, put his career on hold to pursue acting. The actor is currently shooting for two Tamil films titled “Kathirvel” and “Karuppampatti.” “Karuppampatti” sees two heroines starring along Ajmal; Aparna Bajpal and Archana. Apparently, one of the scenes required a kiss between Ajmal and Aparna, but it was heard that Ajmal had refused to do the particular scene. The director was surprised by Ajmal’s response, but after discussing the issue with him, the director decided to delete that scene. So, what did Ajmal have to say?
The actor told his parents right from the start of his acting career that he would not do any vulgar scenes and by keeping that promise, he decided not to do the kiss scene.
Man has kept his word….I wonder what Aparna was feeling?

Trisha is a mature actress
She started off as a bubbly actress, dancing with heroes, and running around trees, but that has all changed now for this lovely lady. I am talking about Trisha, who has come a long way since she made her debut in “Lesa Lesa.”
Since “Vinaithaandi Varuvaaya” the actress has been in some top projects that really showed her acting skills such as the Hindi project “Khatta Meeta” as well as Kamal Haasan’s “Manmadhan Ambu.” Now she is awaiting the release of Ajith’s 50th film “Mankatha”, where she will be playing a small, but pivotal role.
To prove herself as a serious actress, Trisha has also dubbed in her own voice as she plays a Tamil girl, Sanjana, from Mumbai. This is not the first time, as the actress has dubbed for herself in “Aayudha Ezhuthu” and the recent “Manmadhan Ambu.”
Great going Trisha!

When is “Kettavan” releasing?
This has been the common question to STR at pretty much all his interviews. It was “Manmadhan” where he directed a part of the film and it was “Vallavan” where he was a fully-fledged director. Now, the actor is ready to return to what he started few years back – that is, to resume shooting for his third film “Kettavan”, as director.
STR has confirmed that he will commence shooting for Kettavan next year, but here’s my next question…
When is “Vaaliban" going to start?

Andrea in Nanban
Director Shankar is a man who strives for perfection. He ensures that he gets the best out of everything, and that is exactly what he did for Ileana by choosing a dubbing artist for her in “Nanban.” He felt that the ideal candidate would be singer-turned-actress Andrea Jeremiah.
The beauty, who debuted in Kollywood with the Remo song in “Anniyan” has been busy acting and singing for films. Her last song that was heard was in “Manmadhan Ambu” where she sang “Who’s the hero?” and she is currently awaiting the release of Ajith’s “Mankatha” where she is playing the ladylove opposite Action King Arjun.
Director Shankar felt that Andrea’s voice would be ideal for Ileana, who played the role of a college student. Nanban starring Vijay, Jiiva, Srikanth, Ileana, SJ Suryah and Sathyaraj will be out in time for Deepavali.

Arjun against Veerappan
Vana Yudham” is an upcoming biopic movie on forest brigand Veerappan. The film will be shot in the jungles of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Actor Kishore, who has played villain in many films will play the sandalwood smuggler whilst Action King Arjun will play the role of a police officer. Arjun’s role is inspired by top police officer Vijayakumar who played an important role in “Veerappan’s hunt.

Vedi First Look
Check out the new poster of Prabhu Deva’s next action flick “Vedi” starring the tall, dark and handsome hero Vishal. He is back to his macho look after “Avan Ivan” and will be playing the role of a cop. Let’s hope it does better in the box office than his previous film “Sathyam.”
This is Prabhu Deva’s 4th Tamil movie as director with “Pokiri” and “Engeyum Kadhal” being a hit and “Villu” as a flop. The choreographer-turned-actor-turned-director also made his debut in Bollywood with “Wanted” (Hindi version of Pokiri) with Salman Khan and is now also currently shooting for “Rowdy Rathore” (Hindi version of Sirithai) with Akshay Kumar.
