Fly away features Arjun

Upcoming musician-producer Zaheer who originated from raw street music to become a multi-genre, multi-faceted hit making machine, teams up with renowned rapper Raxstar to collaborate on ‘Fly Away’ which features legendary veteran Swami Baracus and the soothing vocals of upcoming RnB singer-songwriter Arjun. ‘Fly Away’ a soft Hip-hop/RnB track will be available as a free download track to listeners globally in the next few weeks. The track which features a collaboration of musical talent is set to be a hit!

Producer Zaheer has previously been featured on BBC & Friction Introducing, 1Xtra Homegrown Cuts and has also been play-listed on Radio 1, Asian Network to name a few. He has also worked alongside urban acts such as Mike GLC,  recently had a song published by BMI Music for an American label, and is currently working on an array of tracks for established artists. 

Raxstar first came to attention of the industry and music fans with his 2005 breakout single ‘Keep It Undercover’. Numerous songs, accolades and collaborations later, he is finally in a position to focus and dedicate time to his own debut solo album in 2010. First is the single and video "Name On The Poster" releasing in March, shortly followed by online mixtape ‘Spring Cleaning’. The yet to be titled debut album will be released this Autumn.

RnB sensation Arjun entered the UK music scene in 2008 with his promo track ‘Aishwarya’s Eyes’, which was showcased on BBC 1Xtra, ClubAsia and numerous other national radio stations. This was followed by ‘Tere Bina’ featuring Kee, which received over 10,000 downloads across various UK music sites. He has already supported American superstars such as Jagged Edge and Blackstreet, and has also been tipped by the Tamil and Sri Lankan communities as the next big thing! Arjun is due to release his debut single ‘Remember Tonight’ this summer, followed by his debut album.  

Rapper Swami Baracus has been on the music scene for a number of years and has featured on smash hits such as: ‘One Blood UK’, ‘My Shoes’, ‘Brown Boys’ and ‘This DJ’. He has received substantial airplay from BBC Radio 1, BBC 1Xtra, Kiss 100, Galaxy FM and BBC Asian Network. Baracus has performed at the UK Asian Music Awards and was the first Asian rapper, to be featured on the UK Dubstate segment on DJ Excalibahs legendary ‘Tales From The Legend’ Hip-Hop show on BBC 1Xtra.   Baracus is also the winner of the Asian 8-Mile MC Battle contest, which took place at ‘Bombay Bronx’ hosted by Radio 1 DJ Nihal.
