A. R. Rahman at Nobel Peace Prize Concert

Award-winning Tamil music director A. R. Rahman has been confirmed as being one of the performers at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert which will be held in Oslo, Norway on December 11^th this year. The eminent musician will be part of an impressive line-up, which includes stars such as Jamiroquai, Colbie Caillat and Barry Manilow, amongst others.

The concert honours the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Liu Xiaobo, who is currently serving time in a Chinese prison on charges of subversion.  Hollywood star Denzel Washington will host the concert, which will be broadcast internationally.
