Malaysian Tamil artiste Yogi B is making a comeback after 2 years, with a new album! This will be his second album, and the name will be announced later this month at a special ceremony.
He shared the news on his Facebook page, saying: "My humble VANAKCOME to my fans, friends and well-wishers all around the world. The past 2 years were the most trying times of my life. I had an operation and my beloved Amma [mother] passed on. Without your love and constant support for my music and wellbeing, I would not have been able to go on. To my family, friends and AWESOME fans, from the depth of my heart I say NANDRI [thank you]".
Yogi B’s first album, "Vallavan", was a huge hit which helped him make his way into Kollywood, where he featured on a number of tracks including "Happy New Year" from Ilayathalapathy’s 2008 film "Kuruvi". More recently, he featured on the soundtrack of Superstar Rajinikanth’s "Enthiran" on the track "Chitti Dance Showcase", composed by the eminent AR Rahman.
Many are excited to see that Yogi B is making return to the scene, especially because he is calling it a "Tamil Hip-Hop evolution"…we wonder what that means!
