UK Tamil Students Union (UKTSU) are organising "The Entrepreneurial Way", with the support of Ratheesan Yoganathan, one of the co-founders of the Lebara Group. With the slogan "Dream it. Achieve it.", The Entrepreneurial Way was conceived by Ratheesan as a means to support and inspire young aspiring entrepreneurs who may not have the resources or guidance to take the first step towards building their own business.
"I am keen to inspire Tamil students and graduates by giving them the opportunity to find out more about business and the rich experience that a career in business can provide. I want to encourage young people to develop their own business ideas and give them the chance to begin their entrepreneurial journey by setting up a business through the provision of support, grants or funds," says the London-based, Tamil entrepreneur.
The launch event will be taking place on Wednesday, 7th November at CASS Business School at 6pm, where you will be able to find out more about the opportunities available via The Entrepreneurial Way. Ratheesan will be joined by Surinder Arora, owner of Arora and Sofitel Hotels, and they will share with you their stories about how they got into business. After this, you will be able to network with both the speakers and fellow attendees. You will, of course, be able to find out more about getting involved with The Entrepreneurial Way. If interested, you can submit your own business proposal and enter the next phase of the programme where you will attend a workshop to learn about various aspects of business, from HR to marketing and legal.
This is certainly a valuable opportunity for all you rising entrepreneurs out there. Visit dreamitachieveit.co.uk to find out more, register for the launch event and to get involved yourself!
