No Chennai Express to Pakistan

Pictured above are Bollywood’s Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone & Rohit Shetty on the set of Chennai Express which is out in August. It is reported that SRK will be in London in June for surgery after he sustained an injury to his shoulder during the shoot of Chennai Express.

Recent reports also suggest that Chennai Express will not get screened in Pakistan due to the release of four local Pakistani films being released after a two-year hiatus. To give the Pakistani films (Waar, Main Hoon Shahid Afridi, Josh & Ishq Khuda) more visability, Shahrukh Khan’s Chennai Express & Akshay Kumar’s starrer "Once upon a time in Mubai 2" will be shelved.

Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film follows the story of a man’s journey from Mumbai to Rameshwaram in Tamil Nadu. Veteran Tamil actress Manorama and actor Sathyaraj also star in the action romance Bollywood flick.
