British Tamil producer Charles Bosco drops ‘Lyrical Bupa’ the hot new dubstep track featuring Ember Phoenix. The young Kollywood and independent music producer has used ‘Thenmerku paruvakaatru’ from the 1994 Tamil language film ‘Karuthamma’, originally produced by AR Rahman.
Ember Phoenix is a British rapper who is frequently used by AR Rahman on his productions, including the very popular ”Ponmagal Vandaal” (from ATM) which sold over 2 million copies in India. This will be the second dubstep track by Charles Bosco, who strives to take the new music genre to Kollywood. Breathe, his first dubstep track featured Loven and was at the top spot on the BBC Asian network charts for a number of weeks.
For those who are wondering what dubstep is, dubstep is a genre of electronic dance music that originated in South East London. Its overall sound has been described as "tightly coiled productions with overwhelming bass lines and reverberant drum patterns, clipped samples, and occasional vocals. (Thank you Wikipedia)!
