Pradeep Kumar is one of the most soulful and versatile voices in contemporary Tamil music. This December he performs his first-ever show in Europe.

Known for his serene voice and emotional depth, Pradeep continues to bridge classical traditions and contemporary soundscapes -captivating audiences worldwide with music that speaks directly to the soul. 

Trained in Carnatic music from childhood under his mother, Lalitha Vijayakumar, Pradeep developed a deep understanding of melody and emotion that now defines his singing.

Born in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, he began his journey in playback singing with Attakathi (2012) and soon became a favourite collaborator of composers Santhosh Narayanan and Sean Roldan.

His heartfelt renditions such as “Aagayam Theepiditha,” “Aasai Oru Pulveli,” and “Aval” have won him critical acclaim, including the Filmfare Award for Best Male Playback Singer – Tamil.

Beyond cinema, Pradeep is a composer and experimental artist exploring new musical frontiers through projects like Pann, India’s first programmable NFT music work.
