Celebrate Thai Pongal and Tamil Heritage Month this January at the first-ever Pongal Festival.
The open air, all ages festival will feature activities for children, and a live stage for music and performances. AEM, the organiser have closed of a road for the event – junction of Ealing rd and Union Road in Wembley.
This is a free event, so pop down with the family and enjoy the Tamil festivities. The location is a stones throw away from an abundance of South Indian and Sri Lankan restaurants, including Saravana Bhavan (pure veg), Vasanta Bhavan (pure veg), Saraswathy Bhavan (pure veg), Palm Beach and Gana.
