It’s great to see so many of our talent Tamil youth auditioning in mainstream competitions. We witnessed UK’s Gaana Raja’s battle it out on SKY One’s “Got to Dance” and Abi Sampa on the UK edition of “The Voice.” The latest to join this line up is young Sabeschni from Regensburg, Germany who made it through to the Blind Auditions of mainland Europe’s “The Voice Kids 2014.”
Singing the number one hit, “La La La” by British Asian producer Naughty Boy, Sabeschni managed to get all three judges, Lena Meyer -Landrut , Henning Wehland and gunslinger frontman Johannes Strate to turn.
12 year old Sabeschni now goes through to the Battle stage and if successful there she will compete in the Live Finals. The winner of “The Voice Kids” get a training contract in the amount of 15,000 euros and an optional record deal. The parents decide whether to take this option or not.
