Headlining this year’s event will be DAV Project, who are performing for the very first time in London!

DAV Project is a multi-genre band from Chennai featuring young, established and well-known playback singers and instrumentalists!

Devan Ekambaram (Vocal and Guitar—Vijay TV Super Singer Judge), Aalaap Raju (Vocal and Bass) & Vijay Gopal (Vocal and Flute).

They will be accompanied by London’s very own favourites Gajan’s Free Birds!

One Child Foundation

One Child Foundation (OCF) is a UK based charity that is committed to its two Aims:
• Relieve Childhood Hunger among the destitute children in Sri Lanka
• Offer them Education as the most effective way to escape their cycle of deprivation

At present, OCF-

• Provides Nutritional Food to pre-school children to alleviate childhood hunger.
• Educates over 350 children in 18 Schools and 5 Universities.

In the past few years, we funded development of a vegetable farm and donated 6 cows to an orphanage. Since then, the vegetable farm has flourished and the cows have multiplied from 6 to 10. The children are currently enjoying all the vegetables they need and are enjoying fresh milk every day.

In 2018/19, OCF donated 200 Chicken Coops with 10 chicks each to 200 parents of the children we are educating in schools so that the rest of the family members are also provided adequate nourishment.

Their Promise

Every Pound donated by OCF sponsors and supporters goes to the needy children. No administrative expenses of any kind is ever charged to the charity. All travel and hotel expenses incurred when committee members visit the children, which is done at least once a year, are paid out of the Trustees’ own pockets.
