We caught up with the team behind Papi’s Pickles during their two week pop-up at Borough Market in London. The family run social enterprise provides fresh and tasty South Indian and Sri Lankan food and pickles. Founded by Abi Ramanan, Papi’s Pickles work with unemployed women from these communities who live in the UK, providing an income, opportunities and support, alongside promoting the rich history of these cuisines and cultures.
