Kaly – Still Dreamin’ ft. Shilpa Narayan

We first featured Shilpa Narayan around this time last year, as part of our Introducing series. The US-based musician – who is of South Indian heritage – was gearing up for the release of her album "Stand Alone", which dropped in May last year. 

Aside from her work as a solo artiste, Shilpa has been collaborating with other artistes as well, including Philadelphia-based rapper, Kaly. Today, the video for "Still Dreamin’" released, and Shilpa’s beautiful vocals form the catchy hook of this track. The talented vocalist looks gorgeous in the video for this number, which has been taken from Kaly’s "Rebel With A Cause" EP. If you think this pair make a great team, then you can look forward to the fact that they have more collaborative work in the pipeline; Kaly has revealed that he and Shilpa are teaming up for "a BIG track" that should be out in another couple of months! Shilpa is currently busy working on her second album, but still takes the time to post covers to her YouTube channel in between her studio sessions. Her most recent – a rendition of "Stay" by Rihanna – has clocked up over 10,000 views!
