Arjun Records For Tamil Film

 UK-based singer-songwriter-producer Arjun is currently in Chennai for the first time, and it looks like he is having an exciting time! 

On Monday, the talented musician Tweeted saying "just met the legendary A R Rahman at his house in Chennai. one of my all time musical heroes!". As if that wasn’t a big enough deal, it was revealed yesterday by musician and actor Premgi Amaren that Arjun has been behind the mic, recording a track for upcoming film "Biriyani". The news was revealed when Premji shared a photo of himself with Arjun on Instagram, with the caption "Song recording with Arjun for BIRIYANI". The two met recently in Kuala Lumpur, during the KLIMF, where they discussed the possibility of recording together in Chennai.

Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the Tamil film stars Karthi and Hansika Motwani in the lead roles, and music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Watch this space for more news!
